Castrol Hyspin ZZ products are formulated with high quality base oils and a carefully selected additive system designed to meet or exceed the highest performance standards. These products do not contain any components containing zinc. Castrol Hyspin ZZ products combine excellent lubricating properties with excellent filterability. Application The products of the Castrol Hyspin ZZ series are used in highly stressed hydraulic systems in which, in addition to high thermal resistance, outstanding anti-wear properties - combined with good filterability - are required, for example for modern electro-hydraulic control valves with ultra-fine filters. The Castrol Hyspin ZZ range is compatible with elastomeric materials (e.g. NBR, FPM) used for static and dynamic seals. They also show very good anti-wear behavior in the FE 8 test rolling bearing test. In order to maintain the positive usage properties, rinse the system thoroughly and filter it if necessary before finally filling it with Castrol Hyspin ZZ. Mixing with zinc-containing oils should be avoided.
