Liqui Moly 4087 Air conditioning cleaner 250 ml

Special cleaner to easily and effectively remove fungi and bacteria from air conditioning systems without dismantling. Leaves a pleasantly fresh fragrance after cleaning. The service recommendations specified by the vehicle manufacturers for cleaning air conditioning systems must be observed. Use biocidal products with care. Application

Portion pack:

One can is sufficient for one vehicle or one air conditioning system. If there is a service recommendation from the manufacturer for cleaning the air conditioning system, this must be followed. If there are no type-specific car manufacturer's instructions, proceed according to the LIQUI MOLY application recommendation. For commercial vehicle, bus and domestic air conditioning systems, spray the cleaning fluid directly onto the evaporator surface if possible.

LIQUI MOLY application recommendation:

• Open windows during the cleaning process. Avoid inhaling the vapours during cleaning.
• Check that the condensation drainage openings are clear.
• Dry the evaporator surface under the following heating and ventilation settings for a period of 10 minutes with the engine running: Switch off the air conditioning system and set to recirculation mode. Set the air distribution switch to the footwell. Turn temperature control and fan selector switch to max.

Clean the air conditioning system:

• Insert the probe of the cleaner in the direction of the evaporator (centre of the vehicle) (see vehicle-specific instructions on air conditioning info: LIQUI MOLY (liqui-moly.com)).
• Actuate the cleaner and carefully move the spray probe back and forth to thoroughly rinse and clean the vaporiser.
• Allow the cleaning fluid to act for between 15 and 20 minutes.
• Dry the evaporator surface over a period of 10 minutes with the same heating and ventilation system settings as before cleaning.
• Replace the dust and pollen filter.

Note: Wipe up any leaked cleaner using a damp cloth and water.
