Liqui Moly 6179 Liquimate 2K Power Adhesive

High-strength, fast-curing 2-component methyl acrylate adhesive. For permanent power bonding of steel, aluminium, metal, thermoformable plastic, composite materials ABS, acrylic, PVC, GRP, PC, PET, PU etc. both with and among each other. Extremely impact and peel resistant and can be machined as required. Resistant to petrol, oil, mild acids and alkalis.

Universal adhesive for bodywork and vehicle construction (e.g. bumpers, radiators, lighting, handles, console parts, spoilers, telephone and loudspeaker mounting). Replacement mixer (mixer tip with thread, art. no. 6029).

Application

For optimum adhesive results, clean and degrease surfaces with LIQUI MOLY cleaner and thinner (Art. No. 6130). Some surfaces must be roughened. Squeeze the adhesive out of the double syringe and mix both components thoroughly with a spatula (automatic mixing when using the mixer nozzle). Apply the adhesive and join the parts (max. working time 5-7 min.). Hand-set after approx. 1 hour and fully hardened after 24 hours. Curing time depends on the room temperature. Do not use adhesive below 0 °C. Close container with cap after use. Store in a cool and dry place.

Send for free disposal. Any transport costs incurred are at the expense of the buyer. Please note the transport regulations of the shipping company, since waste oil is dangerous. If you change the oil, we recommend that you dispose of the used oil at the appropriate collection points in your place of residence
