Liqui Moly 6181 Active Primer

Solvent-based, physically and chemically drying black primer that ensures adhesion between glass/ceramics and the windscreen adhesive and also serves as UV protection.

For priming glass, ceramic screen printing and lacquers and as a PU activator for PUR restraints, PUR pre-coatings (PAAS) and RIM overmoulding (e.g. PVC, PUR).

Application

Before applying the primer, the bonding surface must be cleaned to ensure that it is clean and free of grease. We recommend cleaning with Liquiclean 1599 or cleaner and thinner in the bonding area of the body flange and the disc and for ceramic screen printing. Additional cleaning with Liqui Moly windscreen cleaner foam is necessary to remove all impurities. The primer must be shaken well before use (at least 45 seconds after the steel balls in aluminium bottles have been released).

Caution

The product is sensitive to moisture! Residual quantities of stick and 30 ml containers must be disposed of after single use. Opened 100 ml containers must be resealed immediately after removal and used within 3 days.

Send for free disposal. Any transport costs incurred are at the expense of the buyer. Please note the transport regulations of the shipping company, since waste oil is dangerous. If you change the oil, we recommend that you dispose of the used oil at the appropriate collection points in your place of residence
