Liqui Moly 6184 Silicone sealant transparent 200 ml

High-quality, easy-to-use silicone-based sealant. Thanks to the automatic cartridge, no cartridge gun is required for application. With excellent resistance to cold, heat and ageing. Remains permanently elastic and is resistant to chemicals, oils, etc. Temperature-resistant from -40 °C to 150 °C, short-term up to 250 °C.

For sealing oil and gearbox sumps, engine housings, differentials, valve covers, water pumps, front covers, headlights, tail lights, battery boxes, etc. For metal parts, plastic and glass.

Application

The surfaces to be sealed must be clean, dry and free of oil and grease. Remove the cap and turn the cartridge tip through 90°. Apply material evenly and join parts immediately without flash-off time.

Note: Insufficient adhesion is to be expected on substrates such as PP, PE, Teflon and bitumen. We therefore recommend an adhesion test before application.
